I feel like the story became weak after the 4 moms are done. There's no strong reason for the 3 newcomers to be with MC.

From what I heard elsewhere (unconfirmed though), the DMCA only comes when a scummy translating group links their outside website that has a pay wall, and limits uploads to mangadex. This is seen as promoting work that is being sold illegally, so mangadex gets caught in the crossfire for being an unsolicited advertiser of selling stolen work.

After MC ascends to the divine realm with his 7 mortal milf wives, and with a bit of intervention with his 8th wife (the goddess of creation), at least 1 of the 7 does get pregnant with their 1 and only child. He is a combination of all 8 wives and mc, but only 1 of the 7 gets to carry him to term but it is left unclear who gets that experience/honor.

That is so bizarre the last 3 wives have no kids yet a shame. I thought he'd have 1 with all. Whatever happened to the girls in the heroes team that are trained in wife duties by their moms, I thought MC was going to accept them

Exhausted strength can imply dying, but it's not commonly used. An example can be, "The hero, already at death's door, used the last of his strength to kill the demon lord."

Marianne did have a kid with a king of another nation, but the king, her kid, and that nation was wiped out by the demon army.

Former saintess (forgot how to spell her name) might not have ever gotten the chance cause she became (implied) a nun/former saintess with similar status and standing as the Pope (explained better in the LN). Usually these kinds of figures are single for life, unless a hero is an option, since hero's are God's chosen.

Freya seems to much like the kind of girl that is more interested in the sword than being a woman, and she told her father that any future husband prospects had to be stronger than her, so when Ceres came along as a milf lover and slayer of Mammon, he was the last chance she would ever have of getting married.

As for the 3 daughters, Ceres never explicitly agreed to take them as his wives, and

the 3 daughters end up back together with Zect after his reformation/redemption. He stops being a womanizer, grows into a respectable individual, and marries the 2nd princess of the Empire Freya is from, like he was supposed to all along. The 3 girls have to become concubines though, due to legal/politics, but by the end of the story Zect becomes the King of the nation Ceres leads, once Ceres ascends with his wives.
