Definitely. At first I briefly thought that maybe they want Youki to crash the meeting, to show his dedication, but they aren't living in a barbarian nation, so that seems unlikely. If it's indeed for Youki and Cecilia, without Youki being aware of it, it would be a jolly good scheme. It would also explain why Cecilia doesn't seem to mind. Perhaps Youki is the only one who doesn't know.

That would be a pretty poor scheme. They told him it's a formality that's required of her as well as where and when it'll be hosted - a sign of trust that he isn't some crazy shounen manga protagonist that will go and ruin it. Coming there at all at that time is basically saying "nah, I'll crash it", so I can't imagine he would.

I’m just thinking in line of what an mc would do in this situation, this is basically what happens 90% of the times in this situation, what happens/ they do after that may differ, if mc listens to a guy trying to woo his girl in an anime, only two developments could happen: 1st_ mc blames himself and looses confidence
2nd_ mc crashes whatever is happening and makes sure to show his standing even if it’s gonna cause problems for him or the girl…
