Don't get too anxious about the report button. It isn't the "oh no, people doing bad stuff, get it off this site!" button that it is on so many other websites. On MangaDex, the chapter-level report button is used for all sorts of things like reporting missing pages, out-of-order pages, pages that are meant to be fused together in a double-page spread (though you apparently also need to provide the merged version of the page along with the report for that one), reporting an incorrectly numbered chapter, etc.

The report feature on this site is used for reporting corrections, rule violations, or really anything that needs the attention of the site's staff.

Plus, even when you click the button, it just opens up a form to fill out information, so you can just close out of that if you clicked it accidentally. Honestly, I'd recommend clicking the report button at least once and familiarizing yourself with what report options there are in the dropdown menu (note that the chapter-level and title-level report options are different), so that you can get a sense of what sort of stuff to keep an eye out for. This is a community-driven site, after all, so every bit helps.

I just checked the epub I have, it's at Volume 5 Chapter 3 of the LN, and Chapter 140 of the WN. I highly recommend to read from the start. You can start at the LN if you want, but starting at the WN might better imo
