I never said Kuro was as powerful but she was able to fight Shallow Vernal to a stalemate

And the fact that Shallow Vernal wasn't able to outright win does prove she isn't the strongest character in fiction

Being a creator god doesn't mean much in terms of powerscaling as (for example) the creator god of solo levelling was killed by some entities that were at best planetary. Your ability to create things doesn't determine how good you'd be in a fight.

There is a reason I said any more would be a spoiler. I'm typing as someone that has read a good portion of the web novel.

Spoiler: So here it is

Shiro is all powerful, as she made Kuro to kill herself. She made Kuro have an attack that could instantly kill her. She's a suicide pill. Kuro obviously fought her and didn't use it. I'll leave that to the comic to explain motivations.

I do wonder if she could make an army of anti-Kuros or a cage Kuro couldn't escape, if she wanted, but she didn't want to win.

Fighting isn't a primary focus of the story, so I don't know if author will expand on power levels too much.
