This manga has gone on for quite some time, and been remarkably compelling reading, without really having much in the way of conflict. The past few chapters are like the editor insisted on making up for lost time with endless fighting, and it's quickly devolving into the kind of bad isekai that just throws an endless supply of ever more powerful enemies at the MC. You're better than this, Yuusha Shoukan ni Makikomareta kedo, Isekai wa Heiwa deshita.

When the War King said he was giving the MC a handicap, I half expected things to play out differently, and for the MC to trick him. "Oh wise and powerful King Meggido, surely no one but you could think of a way to make this a fair fight. Even if you had both hands and feet bound, you could still headbutt me to death, since I am but a meek and frail mortal human. Maybe if you could shrink yourself small enough to fit inside of the mouth of this lamp..."
