Honestly the difference is quite insignificant like how illness is supposed to be introduced later on instead of quite early in the manga/LN, and other small and finer detail

Its kind of a shame Isis is such an adorable and beloved character only to be a background character most of the time. The author has to know she's a fan favorite right?

In the WN there are tons of heroines and Isis is definitely close to the top in terms of screen time. Probably in the top 4, with Kuro, Shiro and Alice. Something like that.
