It's because when he first met Isis he was terrified of her power and Kuro's true form is far far more powerful than hers. Her true form is identical to Shiro's but Kuro's is black.

Ummm, no.

There are delayed release systems built into the site even. Lots of groups post several chapters behind what they have on their site to drive traffic to their own with a message in the credits. Just as many don't post any to this site as well.

While, in sure there are some rules, the only one I know of is not to break up chapters that aren't broken up by native release. Combining what is originally parts into a single chapter is okay though.
