Like he could be a really sweet guy that just get's really nervous seeing pretty women and having all of his compliments come out way more creepy than he intends them to.

@Patchi I just started reading the web novel and I think it’s because the manga doesn’t include the mountains of internal monologue. I don’t know how it is in later chapters, but it feels like 70% of each chapter is him thinking to himself. The manga would be super heavy on text if it was included and wouldn’t be fun to read.
