So adaptation, LN is rather new with 2 Volumes so far, which 2nd volume was published in March this year, the LN doesn't have a translation and while the author have alot of other works, this is only the 2nd adaptation, 1st being this, which doesn't have a page in MD (but there is one in NU)

The description says 1 wife 2 foster daughters, so should not be harem at least.
Romance does not always apply to committed couples, sometimes it does, but not always.
