Also, re: Schwartz Phantom...

I gather that he's both the leader of the Villain League, a cooperative association of independent evil organizations like RX (see pgs 8-10), and the "supreme leader" of BDS, the largest independent evil org (see pg 10, pnl 6).

So, is pg 10 also saying that he does double duty as "General Edgelord" within the Villain League? Or just that he's a big ol' chuuni edgelord in general? Or could it be his aide's title/name???

Not sure whether the problem is the writing, the translation, or my brain, but I couldn't figure it out
