Did Kurumi just knock out Kokoro or did she faint herself?
I guess both. I can‘t tell quite well what exactly happened but she definitely beat Kokoro with some item (possibly chair). To the head because we see that Kokoro lies on the table, saving Naoi.

Kurumi could faint simply out of shock of what she just had to deal with

There's no indication that Kurumi hit Kokoro over the head. She fainted due to illness and her fever. Her hand was only showing her losing her grip on Kokoro's shirt, which you can see due to the screentones used for it. Plus, the sfx used for it "ずる" means to slip off. Kokoro is leaning over Naoi's body because she's still strangling her.

If anyone struck Kokoro with an object it would've been Kudou, because Kurumi was looking at her one moment, then the next moment the chair Kurumi's looking toward is empty. But it's hard to say exactly what happened. This could end up being another one of Kurumi's disassociation episodes.

Gonna try to condense all my rambling thoughts about Kokoro since it seems like we are reaching the apex of her character arc (it'd be pretty hard for her to come back at this point but I suppose it's not impossible lol maybe Akane can fix her)

maybe she'll get worse. maybe akane can help her get worse.

I did wish Kurumi put up more of a resistance but as you say, she did shut down emotionally.
I guess the reason why she eventually gave up is that she still lacks trust into Naoi.

Remember the moment when she waited near the theater for her to come. But because Naoi was still late Kurumi began to think that Naoi is just kidding which, at the same time, saddens her. Not just that but also the fact that Kurumi believes that Naoi still doesn’t takes her serious, meaning her request to stop trying to solve everything by herself.

If Naoi really wants to regain and solid the trust, she must listen just a tiny bit to what Kurumi has to say

True, but at the same time, Naoi could very well view Kurumi going along with Kokoro's whims again as a betrayal of her own trust. Naoi jokes around because she's afraid of betrayal. While Naoi didn't communicate about her deal with Kudou, she at least seemed to set the rule that Kudou isn't allowed to touch her. Naoi was working for money so that she could take Kurumi up on her offer to live together. Now, Naoi might view Kurumi as indecisive again, meaning she might pull away from Kurumi emotionally to a degree because of this.

The finalized list of series for this month's issue of Yuri Hime was posted recently. Destroy It All and Love Me In Hell looks like it missed the deadline, so chapter 19 won't come out until next month in February.

I was half-expecting this honestly. The scheduled break is after every 5 chapters, but this is the third time that there's been an additional mid-volume break. There was one after chapter 7, chapter 13, and now chapter 18. It's always after a huge cliffhanger too. It seems like the author just needs a bit of extra time to get the rest of the volume in order.

The actual volume break is still coming too, which means chapters in February and March, then another break in April.

For how long the series might run, each volume has been getting a single reprint when the next volume comes out. So far volume 1 was reprinted twice and volume 2 has been reprinted once. It's when this trend ends that I would maybe start expecting the series to wrap up.
regarding this, @ShaneARang , would it be possible to have more aggressive call to actions to financially support the manga in your end cards? Like, I really want this manga to go on as long as the author wants it to and I already bought 2 physical and one digital copy of each volume, every purchase can count...

the graphic on https://www.ichijinsha.co.jp/yurihime/next/ today shows zenkowa for the march 2025 issue, where do you have this from?
That's the preview from last issue, it's not finalized. The finalized list is up on amazon.co.jp.
https://www.amazon.co.jp/-/en/百合姫編集部/dp/B0DQYSVVH8

Edit: To elaborate. The graphic is made way before the deadline for the following issue, so even if something is listed in the graphic, it might not be in the next issue if the author runs late or gets sick etc. The amazon content summary is posted around a week or so before the magazine comes out, so it's the way more current, finalized list. So basically, take the graphics with a grain of salt, because they come out too early to be 100% accurate.
