That's what I thought it was going to be as well, but I wasn't sure if that little bit of folklore was common in Japan. I've seen it in Overlord, but not anywhere else.

The Japanese do have some knowledge of unicorn have things for virgin girl, and I read it mostly from H manga

If it is the same as all other fantasies with unicorns, only a virgin female may touch the unicorn.
Otherwise it is bi-corns for non-virgins.
Now this isn't that kind of manga, but I'd expect physical challenges of sorts involved in taming a unicorn... or killing it for its unicorn.
