The cooking ingredients didn't get it's time frozen. So the cook will be forced to have an arena battle with the ingredients, without being able to use anything but normal cooking skills.

For real. It's a curse. She couldn't talk to or get help from anyone during the process; forced to cook alone without being able to rest or even reading while waiting in-between cooking process. And because her time keep flowing, she would get older than anyone else.

Since there's still passage of time outside however little it was, it seems to be more super acceleration.
Probably something like it's a skill that boost time flow of things within the 'chef' coverage by some factor.

A quick math of the given 0.05s time lapse for her 1 hour cooking would give 3600/0.05 = 72000 times the flow rate.

And the rigged gacha strikes again.

the gacha system is like trying to pull something within certain range (more DP used = further range)

so the ones behind the scene can just put the things they want to 'give' to Rokuko 'close by' so even when she use cheap gacha roll the item will be within pull range

From what I've seen it's weird time loop shenanigans where the gods (who are Keima and his daughterus from a previous timeline) are manipulating things to go a certain way.

It's stuff from the last LN volume which I haven't read.

she's a silky. silkies have inverted symptoms when it comes to overworking. instead of getting emotionally and physically drained, they just get happier and happier. it's a little scary when silkies fight over who gets to do any particular bit of work...

In the OG time line, Rokuko died and Kehma usurped creator god seat to revive her.
He then created a new world with some adjustment to certain minor parameters to try and avoid her death.

If the new Kehma still fail to prevent Rokuko's death, the god-Kehma would ask him to take over creator god job in return for reviving Rokuko and new Kehma would go on to create another world with another new Kehma/Rokuko.

And due to fate-related detail they didn't explain, the importance is to overcome the event of her death and they can't just cheat their way out of it (one of the previous loop did that...she died in a different way later)

Some of the adjustments include having certain things happen much earlier.
The purple core (the sock eating daughter)
Having Rokuko appear in teen form instead of loli form when they first met.
