I feel like giant mecha would more realistically stored on flat line position instead the usual standing stance. Cuz just like human standing all the time would surely put strain on the mecha's leg and wear it faster

But it take time to go from flat to standing position in emergency, and this time is precious. Money can always buy a new mecha if it degrade after a few years, especially if new mechas are better. Mechas are like every modern military high tech, they became obsolete very fast. Most modern army have this problem : they have plenty of obsolete equipement that cost in maintenance, and need to replace them with new and better stuff.

Standing up not a problem make the station above the ground and deployed them by hinged station with weight add on the legs part.

Also maintenance huh, it's more profitable to salvage part's from old equipment rather than keeping them. Btw @UnnamedPlayer you think giant mecha would have actual use in this world? Usually the obstacle of giant mecha is gravity, but I think it's still found use for underwater exploration or space

It don't work for underwater exploration because the pressure don't mesh well with a humanoid-mecha. You want something round of ellipsoidal to resist pressure. Gravity is not a problem only in space, it's the only possible use.

As someone who smoked for 20 years and then quit, be a courteous smoker - don't stand right outside a door or in the middle of a sidewalk or something. Step off someplace where folks can get around you. Also, don't just flip your butts on the ground (unless you smoke non-filters, in which case you can grind them out and it's not really a big deal).

That's why I said I still couldn't believe it, but the manga doesn't lie.

I guess you don't truly know someone until a life or death situation happens, and @Angry_Panda showed his true colours as a hero to the MangaDex peopl- oops, I shouldn't spoil too much of what happens.

I regret to inform you all it seems Chen might not be active for the next month... hard to be on the internet as a 7 year old, with parental controls

It appears the great demon lords known as "Chen's mom" and "Chen's dad" have banned her internet access for reasons one can only assume to be dubious. Maybe she yaoid too hard.

In truth, I do know what the reason is, but Im reluctant to tell you... people so. Understand that you have no choice on the matter. Loser. Maybe Chen is off better not talking to you guys. You're all really bad influences on a 7 year old

Today on the sewer I heard familiar noises, it was something big walking. I can hear all the noises because the water, and soon enough it was him!! The monitor lizard. Oh God these two days has been great

I've been playing around with this thing and I've been able to do most of what I could do on my laptop and it's incredible. :boomer::clap:

Luckily I still have my laptop fan cooler thingy, and while this is not the best PC, I can do most of what I used to do on my still dormant laptop, which I'm very happy and grateful for. :wooow:
