I think unicode fonts render with your system font. You need to install an emoji font. An example is https://github.com/13rac1/twemoji-color-font.🫤ðŸª

There seem to be a mix of unicode emoji (like what you'd type using your phone's keyboard) and custom image emoji (which can only be used here).They are emogi listed in the forum's own smilies index, so I thought they were part of the Xenforo forum software.
The issue would make more sense if they were emogi I tried to import. 😅
They render completely normal for me since I’m on the latest iOS.They even show normally when selected and loaded onto the post, but in preview and when posted into the forum, hey show as

The unicode characters above don't work in Chrome on Windows, yet. They work in Firefox, but that's because Firefox bundles a version of Twemoji.Fwiw the issue was https://github.com/twitter/twemoji/issues/580 and should now be fixed on our end (since sometime yesterday).
