Surprisingly, I don't know anyone who stayed away from anime because of those two but quite the opposite. Kiss x Sis is the kind of anime I showed as a joke and people asked me to share it to watch it at home.

But a lot of the gender bender titles made into anime are kind of cringey. I dont know how the cringe titles always become the most popular?

Im not sure I have a specific episode number tho. Episode 1

For Yuri titles, Citrus is pretty cringe. The un-consensuality of their relationship was a problem for a lot of people including me...

I'll show them something like Serial Experiment Lain, Texhnolyse, Blame or stuff like that : something very good, but hard to enter into because they're very strange, experimental or something else that make them not for everyone. Take Texnolyse : a whole first episode with just 4 short lines of dialogue ! Most people won't like it at all.

But it's a good crash test : those who like it are welcome into the realm of weird/complex animes, those who don't are fine and miss something they mostly don't need !
