I made a chart a while ago for when the series had a chapter published and when it has not. So far the only hiatus that was announced in advance was the one from the November 2023 issue. Side note, that the issues come out a month in advance, so the August issue came out on July 5th, and is the most recent one as of now.
The series just seems occasionally goes on hiatus without any given reason. Normally I'd think maybe the mangaka was having either physical or mental issues, but they still seem to consistently be posting daily comics to Twitter.
Bottom line is: I really don't know, I just update the status whenever I can so people know when to expect a chapter or not, check again around 9th (usually when the digital raws are avaliable) to see if anything has changed.

But really with Hajime again confirming he doesnt see himself as a woman, nor wanting to be seen that way, it would still at bare minimum not be a GL I guess/I'd say, at least depending on how empathetic people are to gender identities over just physical sex.

And reading the manga Hajime always felt like she had feminine signs to me

Sainami if I'm recalling the name correctly feels like she identifies as female to me because she acts female and doesn't feel any distress about it

The thing about Sainami feeling like she no longer existed in earlier chapters felt to me like she thinks she has to assume a new self identity being female and has to ditch the old one when in reality trans people are still the same person, they're just freeing parts of themselves that they've been forced to hide away
