adding on, twins live with MC, his mom and his step-dad but the twins' mother is still in the picture. and based on what MC's mom said, he isn't always taking care of them which makes sense. so it's not like he's constantly baby sitting them. he just decides to watch them cuz he wants to be with them like he said in that one panel.
