Tbh I think the most likely way this will end is an open ending before any couple is confirmed where the MC just ends up admitting to himself that he also has feelings for Miyahara. The characters are so young that the manga won't go into a serious romance plot and I don't see this going into a timeskip and turning into a highschool manga either. Wouldn't fit the vibe.

Well, from the story so far, Arima loves Yuki, Yuki actually likes Arima but doesn’t want to tread on Miyahara, and Miyahara doesn’t seem to have the thought of love in her head at all (we don’t really know yet).

The story will probably either end with Arima changing his mind and confessing to Miyahara (and perform a reverse title drop)… or end with Miyahara realizing her feelings and asking him out instead. A brave ending would be Arima and Yuki getting together and Miyahara still being close to both of them.

Probably no hope for Yuki.

I actually read a manga with the same exact set up and archtypes, the childhood friend decided to keep just as friend of both.

Listen, I enjoy that Miyahara doesn't seem to have a romantic bone in her body, but you have to also accept that she is fully Arima pilled. Every other second she is either all over him, or pulling him off somewhere.
