I don't think "Pass my regards to Hyena" makes sense for him to say there. I know he said he no longer believes in heaven, but surely that doesn't mean his daughter would end up in hell.
Edgy and on-the-nose as it is, a line like "Tell them you're expecting company" would suit the scene better.

I feel badddddd for them like driving sm1 to yk off themselves is bad but like killing 2 people driving them into cutting themselves like brooooooo (don’t get me wrong if I had shit tons of money and sm1 killed my daughter I would go to the extreme BUT NOT THAT MUCH)

The man paid off the judge over the case concerning his daughter's S assault The man called his daughter a slut. The man got his daughter's assaulter pretty much clean of any crime and continued to go to school. He blamed the daughter for being assaulted. Publicly.
He went after them first in case he got caught and stopped in his revenge plan. He had to have this first, taking down the people who violated his daughter and got away with it. That's why they were first. In case he failed and couldn't get to anyone else, he at least got them.
The son was a sex offender who targeted Hyena and the daughter helped facilitate it. The parents used dirty tactics to mar Hyena's reputation to the extent of calling a dead girl a slut. Sure the Cha girl is a murderer, but what this family did was heinous
fear a man who has nothing to lose, He's only now a empty body and his "Stepdaughter" its just a mere war dog.
