The hero crossing swords with the hooded guy seems inevitable at this point.

It's kind of funny how Jelly says "He has some human qualities too". I guess that's the slime part of herself, she can't help but see the hero as something inhuman meant to kill her.

Well she did “die” but if any remainder of a soul is left even if they shared memories briefly but it’d be quite ironic if og jelly somehow got reborn as a slime for full circle irony

Maybe it’ll tone down his uptightness vs being more devoted but slime jelly isn’t “cunning” enough to manipulate him but he’ll prolly be helpful during the next run in with Berger unless she sneaks off , but nothing wrong with winning over humans with food

I mean she still has a human body unless Saints aren’t allowed to have “impure” relationships but I felt like that one black haired saint wanted to look good in front of the prince /nobility to also worm her way into their family (altho if her “blood”
Is clear now I don’t know how it’d be when she gets a “period” , might be awkward to know but I imagine maybe the head maid or so knows to prep/give materials or so assuming they don’t become infertile after getting “blessed” too)

Childhood aside, while 13 does sound young, if more than one 'saint' needs to exist and 'charge' up a barrier i imagine the world's pretty dangerous even without 'corrupt' individuals versus monsters where 12-13 would be the 'average' age to start picking up a sword and fight lol, tho if the father's gonna focus on helping the territory/normal ppl i imagine they wouldn't rly focus on him versus jelly herself if the group exists to hunt saints
