As in she's offering herself as wager so everyone else can walk away freely?

It's more like

'If I lose, I'll become her servant, so everyone, please don't leave me (?)'

Because she's not threatening them, it's more like they're the ones approaching her, so it's more of an 'I'm sorry if I lose' kind of thing.

That's pretty much the same reasoning I had.
At this point the little girl still thinks of the dark elf as an evil being so she's looking for some safety for her friends like "even if I lose, I want my friends to be safe and free."

is actually: "We did something terrible and we were not hurt"

Also please stick closer to the actual meaning if it's written as "Yes" please don't turn it into "O-Okay..."
