Well, if anyone is interested here is what happens in the WN (not sure if it would remain same in Manga as well).

- MC ends up buying a Slave Girl who has the "Heretic" Job, which immediately made her enemy on the Church. Later it's learned that her power is a lot stronger than a Saint, and there is something really wrong going on with the Skill Granting Church.

- The Little Sister is a Hardcore Tsundere and can't talk straight when it comes to her Older Brother, and ends up badmouthing her brother infront of other Guild Members who take her embarrassment hiding comments as reality and starts having negative opinion about her Brother (which is what we see in previous chapter). She eventually meets MC and starts stalking him, but when she understands that her brother can't stand her, she tries to jump of an edge to suffer the same as MC, but he manages to save her. Later it's revealed that MC has sort of become traumatized by what the sister did and can't easily stay with her. Eventually things calm down and MC ends up making his Little Sister his Slave because she is technically on run. Turns out, she had been planning to marry her older brother, so in order to accomplish that, she lets herself get adopted by a Noble as Nobles are allowed to marry with blood relative to preserve bloodline. But because of her badmouthing MC, everyone misunderstand the situation including her Adoptive Father (who is a Guild Master), who ends up saving the money she was sending to her brother instead as he felt that she was getting exploited by him. In rage she ends up attacking her Adoptive Father and blowing up the Guild, so Little Sister is technically a Criminal, and MC makes her a Convict Slave to keep tab on her.

- Shop Lady still trusting that Rapist guy falls in his trap and gets abducted and turned into a Sex Slave. Later when that guy gets bored of her, he sells her to bandits who in return sells her to Illegal Slave Trader who then sells her to a Village who buys her as a Sex Slave as the Village is suffering from Female shortage and Men leaving the Village for Big Cities or turning Adventurers and putting their life on the line. MC eventually meets her, but she is not mentally stable and ends up getting severely injured and dies but gets resurrected, but her resurrection wasn't perfect and she turns into a Monster like being. As a last wish she asks her soul to be released and she ends up dead (basically, seems like Author removed her from the scene as she is pretty much a heavily used goods by this point of the story as she had been used by a lot of people).

- Saint learning about the embezzlement and also the fact that Hero was a fraud, but she has already slept with him (as she thought that he was a good guy and her savior and even had fallen in love with him) and he basically breaks her mentally saying that even if MC might be alive it wouldn't be hard for a Noble like him to get a Commoner killed. So, she basically gives up and ends up doing whatever the Hero demands as a means of receiving punishment. Eventually because of the involvement of the current King's Grandmother (whose Clock MC repaired before), King is forced to act on the stuff that Hero had committed and he was sent to the front-line to fight (he wasn't openly convicted for the crimes though), while Saint as a punishment is sent to another dangerous area as a support staff.

- MC's mother eventually gets fed up with the Noble after whom she went after, and when she returns she learns about the situation and immediately trusts that MC was falsely accused. But she had a hard time living a normal life for being the Mother of a culprit but eventually she manages to find work at a Church Orphanage and decides to stay there even after reuniting with MC.

Situation is quite different than it seems.
God is actually giving skills based on the abilities of the person in question.
But there are issues with the System.
The one who set the System up was the Creator God, but when he became tired and went to rest, he created four new God's to help manage the World. But those four instead started to create their own dominance on the land depending on the notion they held.
So, the people under them started to mistranslate the Jobs of the people who could be problematic to their goal (like the Slave Girl with the "Heretic" Job, her actual Job is something like a "High Saint" which serves under another God.
Similar, there is another Woman who was given the Job of "Prostitute", but her Job's actual translation is a "Moon Priestess".
The reason they were able to do this is because the Jobs are mentioned in Ancient Language which only a few people can currently read and majority of them are under the Skill Granting Church.
As for the Goal of the God of Skill Granting Church, it's apparently to create a world were people are controlled by God's and corrupt & evil people are punished while just people prosper. But because he lacks power he can't punish the evil people (aka., any person who is against his notion, even if they are good people).
So, he made the system that would send the soul of the corrupt and evil people to dungeons as imprisonment for eternity.

the sister is the one that gets the best ending seeing as how she wasn't graped or mentally broken AND she managed to stay close to her loved one aka MC meanwhile the other one is used goods who decides to die because she's tired of her shit life aka no repentance from herself and then there's the fiance who also fucked up and ends up banished to the middle of no where while I'm guessing waiting for MC to eventually find her again

either way everything is so lack luster that it almost makes everything that they did as if nothing happened
