ok i have to say im not surprised at his reaction it wos even showed in a early chpters after he become a slave how she called him to her party members ruining his reputation making adventurers belive she hates him but he is still family kind of a bond so for that i have to say actions have consequences, as vor the ex-fiance after finding out the truth you let him convince you to keep quiaet so yes that made you accomplice in that and you did not even du your own investigation about his crime yust belived what anyone told you yes you reely loved him so very much that you abondened him at time he nedded you the most.
