Is it really the N word though? In the joke, the I looks like a A and the second G's top has a different shape than the first G.

Honestly thankful that im not in the US. People brain dead enough to care about racism and i live in a country with 3 main race but barely anyone cares about racism.

Nice layering of context with that joke considering the past week's news cycle. Pretty funny.

Can't you just like, fuck off to 4chan or something? You're insane if you think people and moderation policies have gotten less racist over time, and no ones taken your racism site away from you.
Maybe stop projecting?

I only said that daydreams and censorship don’t help society magically becoming better.

I have seen the moderation process of a music Discord.

Guess what happened(and even now still happens) daily multiple times? Edgy teenagers being banned.

Whaaaaaat?! How is this possible?! They don’t exist anymore?! :haa:

Wow haha real mature guy, it's almost like this series, this chapter isn't precisely about racism

Completely missing the point with that last page. Using or insinuating slurs just makes you look painfully cringe.

It fits perfectly, and while a joke will never hit for everyone, it is placed absolutely on point.
Oh and sorry to burst your bubble, but multicultural neighbourhoods use slurs pretty much all the time. Most of the time even without any contempt... 'magine that. :win: Totally cringe I agree.

Honestly, same here about not being in the US (or any country with English as first language). I can even tell who lives in those just by the reactions to the possibility of being said word.
Wait till they learn that lots of other languages have the same term but it's basically only seen as a slur in English.

Yes, the word has a ton of history as to why it became like that and all... but I have no idea on why, over the decades, this derogatory meaning was only reinforced, instead of people going full efforts on linguistic reappropriation and purging this for good, leaving in place only the friendly slang.

Its really just lame that racism become such a big deal over there. Ig the bigger the country is the bigger anything can be in it.

I am still absolutely flabbergasted as to what happened in the US around the 2010s.

It’s like the extreme puritans on both sides all of a sudden decided to become full on mainstream and go bat shit insane.

Never did I think I would see the day when “you can’t be racist against a certain skin color, because…” would become normalized. Affirmative action? Yeah sure, who cares if it’s against the law or anything we say we stand for…
Segregation? Yeah cool we want that.. again?!

I mean we always joked that America is kind of extreme in its ways, but I don’t think anyone expected this.

Have y'all ever thought that it's over-the-top reactions like these that keep the racism you so diligently fight against alive?
I wish I could see your reaction in the parallel universe where the "black" in the script wasn't changed to "dark" for the sake of your entitled asses.
