And its sorta implied that they accepted the whole polygamous marriage because they are also attracted to each other, not only to Leon. But on the other hand its all subtext and fan service so IT IS "Yuri bait" in that sense.

As divorce lawyers say for my area, 60 percent of the divorces are due to infidelity or when it is found out the children are from someone else. Given that so many first marriages end in divorse, there is clearly a huge amount of infidelity going on with a substantial number of children born with a different parent. He's a plot protected MC because they still want to sell merchandise with a stupidly kindly MC. If everyone is hated due to everyone being ruthless and mean, as shown with other shows, merchandise sales suffer. More books will sell, but the investors have other products that need selling. If there is no sympathy, it will be difficult to have sales.

Now, this series' plot is moved along by misunderstandings. A lot of them. Also what makes the MC op.
The Light Novel does start to deviate from the Web Novel. So don't use Web Novel knowledge for everything (do note, official LN translation are at volume 5/6 and fan WN translations are at 10/11). A few of the deviations are

let's put aside about the MC and his circumstances, but I like that it was made pretty clear that the guide is up to something bad from early on. So we can't get really at peace even if MC got reincarnated.
but of course, this is still typical isekai which I'll bet that MC will still live comfortably OP for whatever reason and have a high chance be the omnipotent answer for anyone's problem and make the side characters development stagnant. Which is why I don't have a high expectation.
But it would be nice if I'll be very wrong 🤷‍♂️.
