Something as special as that curse poison would totally be traceable though right, unless it's actually straight up magic.

And not only the poison itself, the production of the poison would also be something hard to hide, sure it's a big world and all but how the hell do you hide rumors of an entire populated planet being systematically burned to death?

Well lets not question it, just say "nobles" and ignore it.

This is working out a lot like it did in I have 9 qudrillion simp gold coins where his enemies are accidentally foiling each others plans. The Berkley house started a rumour that the financial situation was bad as a pretext to try and force them to pay them the loans back at a bad rate after accidentally giving him the terraforming device affecting the price of elixir by making it more expensive (also Liam has 2 of those devices). This probably made Dolph think he couldn't afford elixir and that he wouldn't be able to recover from the poison. Liam could just legit stop and he would probably be fine at this point.

only problem this chapter, Liam doesn't realize he has a elite force and by himself he's already hundres of people strong, so his way of fighting is still good as he can curbstomp his enemies by sheer quality. I get the importance of quantity, but it would be more of a deterrant than a way to defeat his enemies.

Yeah, the dude got full of himself and isn't realizing he picked a fight with the Mafia. Pirates are small fries compared to what's coming.

He picked fight after fight after fight with forces that ranged between inexperienced pirates to somewhat competent mercernaries and crime syndicates through sheer brute force of might thanks to higher quality.

Being the evil fella that he claims he is,he wishes for utter undeniable power to stamp out enemies by simply moving forward,so his solution is not to recognise his elite experiences(because he's dense)but to expand said elites to triple their size.

And his house is facing financial difficulties...

If he does manage to pul it off, there's a good chance he'd be increasing the sheer lethality of it all not by triple, but threefold.

I seriously hope we get a good run down of the vessels so we can pull out the full Star Wars and Star Trek levels of theorycrafting, this series is but a mere few steps of being worthy of such treatment.

I think you'd need to go into a Mecha manga to find something like that. There are some tactics once in a while (there is even a supporting character who is off-brand Ciaphas Cain.) But things often come down to 'mobile knights go brrrrrt'.
