No, the images are smaller. That can give the illusion of better quality... Up until you compare pages side-by-side.

EDIT: which I did just now. It looks like they're the same raws, only AniGli upscaled theirs to be more comfortable to read at a web browser's default zoom level. LoliTobrut seems to have left the images at their original scale, which is fine on small devices like phones. But for me who uses a computer with an over-under two-monitor setup, it's kinda underwhelming and I have to zoom in to 200% scale.

No, they've been working on this title since Chapter 7.2. It just looks like they're now trying to do the earlier chapters so there can be a consistent translation all the way through.
