Seems Soseki uploaded 105 to Btt but not here.

They just do Cubari now instead of mangadex, so the manga subreddit is where it goes.

There is one thing that there is ONE untranslated chapter, people have situations, that's understandable.

He is not sniping, Soseki doesn't upload to Mangadex anymore, they only upload to Reddit.

I'll still call it a snipe because Soseki isn't a shitty group like GDS and the situation on Mangadex makes it understandable why groups wouldn't want to upload anymore. I would be hesitant to upload here too if it would make me a target of DMCA takedowns and my work can be deleted without any prior warning or chance to back it up. Most of my reading is on Comick now, Mangadex is just for the forums.

that doesn't make sense, how is it a snipe then? if they aren't gonna upload anymore on Mangadex (with solid reasons), the person doing this upload is doing it while having the risk of getting in trouble but share it anyways.
and if you use it only for the forums, well for the new chapters you can't use it anymore, at least for soseki TL.

Every series this guy has uploaded so far seems to be actively being worked on by other groups. Tsukimichi is justifiable if the other group working on it is no longer uploading to Mangadex, but all the other uploads are questionable at best.
- Reincarnated as a Dragon Egg
only 6 days between Irenaeus' chapter and the previous chapter. The other guy was working at a great pace too; solo scanlator that uploaded like 5 chapters in a month.
- Most fearsome couple
12 days between Irenaeus' chapter and the previous chapter. People accused Asmodeus of holding back for money, but this happened after Dragon Egg so IMO both uploaders are shady.
- Reincarnation Coliseum
20 days between Irenaeus' chapter and the previous chapter. I don't read this series, but there's a lot of comments on that chapter and some people are complaining about the quality of the chapter.

Sure, that's just your opinion. In my opinion, this guy is a sniper with low quality translations and no clear commitment to any series, targeting series that don't need it. There are plenty of abandoned series that have no active translators, Mangadex or otherwise. Or alternatively, if the desire to snipe is strong, go snipe GDS, Utoon, or Philia Scans mangas, groups that have absurd paywall and/or censorship BS.

My conclusion is that it isn't a snipe, and he's free to translate as much as he wants.

Besides, the purged will somehow come back here anyways at some point because most people recognize Mangadex and Bato.to the most.
