Sometimes that happen when the ofiicial english name is not the translation of Japanese.

Well, "purification is basic" was the subtitle, from what I remember, it used to be "Dropped into another world, but purification is basic." So like with other official English titles, they took out the original title and named the whole story after the events of the first arc, like how Death Mage lost the whole point about not wanting a fourth reincarnation.
