Don't get me wrong, so many manga seem to have zero problem with grooming. So many adopted daughters marrying their caregiver that the whole industry may need to take a seat over there. But this isn't one of the cases, this is just the usual harem writing where every female within a 500 mile radius of the MC is instantly attracted to him because reasons.
