They're Yanderes, Tino and the old guy are lucky they didn't try to start killing each other right then and there. Is it just me, or does the little noble brat Éclair act like more of an adult the Liz and Sitri... I mean sure the two have more mature desires and hobbies, but as of there is a bi-polar switch and they are no better then rampaging toddlers in need of a nap.
Cry just delivered a nuke in the shape of cake into Tee's house
Author only half assed it then. Oh sure I can see the warning signs, but they just don't feel unhinged enough to be yandere. Crazy, murderous bitches for sure, but they have too many external fixations and hobbies to fit my understanding of what a yandere is.They're Yanderes, Tino and the old guy are lucky they didn't try to start killing each other right then and there.
Maybe each person call Sitry differently? Like Liz especially call her Sitty? n other call her Sitry/Sitri(typo?)?IMO should keep it consistent. Sitry, Sitri, or Sitty?
It seems like pretty much all of them in their group are like that, in one way or another. That's why Cry is so valuable: he keeps this band of unstoppable crazies in check. Is it just me, or does the little noble brat Éclair act like more of an adult the Liz and Sitri... They are keeping it consistent. Her name is Sitry, but her sister calls her Sitty, because it sounds like Shitty. That is not a translation inconsistency, it is intentional.IMO should keep it consistent. Sitry, Sitri, or Sitty?
Tino is more hero worship then anything else. She rarely exhibits anything remotely akin to yandere. It seems like pretty much all of them in their group are like that, in one way or another.
NGL, that just sounds like the social dynamics of a typical harem. A bunch of black hearted vultures circling the dense, brain dead protagonist. Oh sure they fawn over the hero, but a good backstabbing is the only rightful reward for a floozy with the audacity to breath the same air as their soon to be husband. That's why Cry is so valuable: he keeps this band of unstoppable crazies in check.
Think the scene that best describes my disagreement with them being yandere is on page 12 of this partial chapter. Tino is crying in Cry's arms and neither of them is glaring at her or even remotely distressed at how close she is to the object of their supposed obsession.
I think that is the case. Liz calls her Sitty from Sitri's JP name "Shitori". Iirc, TL said that they went with that because the alternative was "Shitty" and thats well, a shitty nickname.Maybe each person call Sitry differently? Like Liz especially call her Sitty? n other call her Sitry/Sitri(typo?)?
Sitri is a no-holds-barred nutjob that will stop at nothing in the name of researchI mean Sitri just randomly disappears for months at a time into her lab for some crazy assed experiments or joins some random cult to do some random taboo research. While I do agree she exhibits some signs, she lacks a few of the key emotional dependencies and triggers I associate with a yandere.
Liz fits the description even less. She seems more motivated by alcohol and bar fights, preferably both at the same time. While true she doesn't disappear as often, she acts more likes she monopolizes Cry because it gets a rise off Sitri and can indulge in her third favorite pastime, yelling at and insulting her chosen rival.
eh, it common order actually. especially with Seiza style sit.You sure "sit straight" is the correct translation here?
Like, sounds awfully commanding for someone as spineless as Cry, and towards Sitry and Liz too of all people.
