After Rikudo won against Fuwa, this manga jumped straight through a shark tank and landed solidly into the "battle shounen" category. MC is gonna win this thing Saint Seiya style: getting hit like a bitch yet still being able to come out with a win. every. single. time.

In HTF, the main character knew who he was going to fight against in advance, so he had time to watch videos on how to counter that specific style of fighting - often not only with moves but also preparing the location, etc.
