The last chapter (109 at the moment) just made this story not a 8/10 comedy, but a whole 9/10 family comedy. Author is doing a great work in using cliche's. Sadly, most of the people drop something like this at the start, but continue to consume garnage like SL xD

I really have enjoyed this but it's also getting to the point that Eminence in Shadow got to where the same repeated trope every arch just wear thin. It's a good read, but the story really could use some spice.

I remember adding this to read later years ago. I must’ve developed taste or something since then, because hot damn does this suck ass. As generic as it gets, no stakes, barely any plot, things get added for no particular reason and are never properly explored, etc, etc.

This is the wattpad isekai. That’s it. Expect the kind of quality that comes with both those terms.

We've all been there, admiring the blank canvas as if something beautiful and start adding the imaginary colours to it. Then the next time that blank canvas has turned into something ugly or something entirely different, not as what we imagine it will be.

This one feels more like isekai chill at first, then it somehow turned into this rage inducing story where most of all the character are so badly annoying i wanna slap em in the face and shout "SHUT THE FUCK UP!". Also now the mc are just babysitting these badly written character so that they won't just dead cuz their survival instinct is beyond animal.

You summed it up well, yeah. It was fine at first, but there’s so many questionable actions since then that there’s no single part of the story I can point to and call bad. It’s all the little things that’ve built up to this plotless mess.
