It's wild how much the anime glosses over. I mean, I get it, alot of this isn't super crucial to the plot and you only have so many episodes to tell the story, but seeing this fight animated would've been cool too. Can only wait for season 3 now though.

Nah, he's pretty old fashioned, so just having two is kinda pushing it for him. He does go from 0 to 100 with them, though, such that the men of the demiplane start coming to him for intimate advice after overhearing their (apparently loud) all night threesome. That's all assuming manga follows the WN, though.

With respect to the ストーン on page 9, rather than "stone", I think it's means to be an extended ストン, a manga 'sound effect' for something sinking or hanging straight downward (in this case, the demidragon he's kidnapping via a mist gate underfoot).
