Matriarch of the Hasas, the nation of assassins. We saw her during the arc where airships were introduced. Volume 6 and 7 based on the chapter titles, so quite a while ago that we last saw her. We had the academy arc, desert nation arc, and the attempt to expose Kai as Grey's imposter since then.

Correction, last arc was the internal struggle in Albion thing, if memory serves. The aftermath of Grey involving himself with the desert/beastman country. Y'know, with that busty prosecutor elf that tried to off our dwarven princess?

FINALLY a good chapter. It has been sooooo long. It's actually almost shocking to see MC and the prince again, despite them being the core of the entire series. Finally feels like we're getting back to what this series was like before this arc. I was going to say, that'd be pretty silly if it was chapter 100 of the series next chapter, and it was just more sakura slop.

Very cool that after all this slow pacing, we just have MC immediately running into the dhala woman. and also knowing sakura's direct location by following the path she took, one chapter into him arriving in China.

It'll be cool if the dhala woman reports back to Victorius that her life was saved by god power man, and Victorius now owes him a direct debt again. Also I like that the hasas ruler is just following MC around and helping him out, and brought him to China to help him no strings attached. After the arc with her, she was pretty close with him and wanted him to give her an heir, and he did help her out a ton and saved them all, so it's kind of wholesome. It's kind of like how in the desert arc he had the mermaid woman with him
