For they lack a critical characteristic inherent for a successful rule: trust in the fellow man and in the institutions who ensure such trust is not misplaced.

But yes, Ludwig sounded like a commentary of current political climate with one single mistake: the nations and their people are stronger than that, and all that empty populism and authoritarian delusions? It was really unexpected that they started talking about our own world, it makes sense that by the end of 2030, something like that could happen, and I was interested in what the author wanted to say about it.
But the villain being a moron who thinks a single supreme dictator could possibly solve any problem is so dumb. It would be way worse for a single governing body especially one led by a single person to rule the entire world. I hoped he would have a better idea.

Also another break? We just got out of a break, and this arc is already so goddamn long too, I'm pissed.
