I like petanko, twin-tails and thus far only the brat matches this, cause the other two girls who will be harem members of the MC it seems are rather big breasted and the first one had short hair. Thou brat levels of annoying go beyond believe, to the point big tits stop being an issue lol.

You know a suspension of disbelief requires suspense, right? So now you're going to need some insane fucking convoluted tear-jerker crybaby backstory to explain how the rich bitch gal who treats people like shit and does papakatsu despite working a decent-paying job is also a "sweet kind girl" who's supposed been there a while without invoking massive cognitive dissonance. :bleh:

Also, there's no way bro princess carried her without consciously knowing what he was doing and what that would look like and how she would react to it, not if he's half as smart as he's claimed to be. Don't @ me, if he just wanted to move her out of the way there's other ways to manhandle them. :kreygasm:

That being said, the way she started talking shit before being instantly shut up by Rua entering the conversation was actually some pretty legit aura. :meguupog:

...why did Rua's family decide the best way to groom her future husband, the person who's supposed to stand as her equal, would be as a butler? :questionblob:

The cover page for this chapter is one of the best I've seen in a while, with that ogre/tiger/gal quote and the pose.

Honestly, I feel bad for Rua. Her parents clearly failed in their duty to raise her properly, and she's on the path to self-destruction at this point.

Yes, she acts really shitty, and that's her responsibility. However, it was her parents' job to make sure she didn't grow up to act that way in the first place, so it's also heavily their fault for either not caring to raise her properly, or spoiling her far too much and never disciplining her. It's such a shame.
Oh, thank god, someone said it.

Yeah, as you said, at this point in her life, she is responsible for her actions, but before now, and even now too to a certain extent, her parents SHOULD have guided her to forge a good character.

Instead, they are not just handing it all to her, they are very literally sabotaging ANY possible competition.

I do think she is terrible and annoying, but the story has made a point that she is somewhat a victim of her own family.

Doesn't excuse any of her actions, but it shows her failings aren't only hers.

Tbh I’d say MC’s also at fault for this bad writing as well.

He NEVER and I mean NEVER brings this up to Rua or her grandparents that he has a problem with Rua’s treatment of him.

Then over the course of several years never tries leaving her ‘til highschool. What was stopping him from leaving earlier?

Did he feel she would change even though she’s never been told in her life she’s needed to change?

Did he genuinely care about her? Clearly not.

Was he scared of her family? Nah, he insults her left and right and has no resistance from them when he just quits all of a sudden.

The only one who seems to actually care about her is her grandfather and even he doesn’t directly talk to her in her life.

Leading to this nonsensical clinginess to Kazu now (which tbh doesn’t make sense why she abused him if she is this clingy)

Tbh while Rua acts really horrible she’s never given an opportunity to change for the better by anyone and now is being blamed for everyone mentally grooming her to be the way she is.

In a good story I’d imagine she’d change for the better but this author seems to just like slapping labels on characters and not thinking things through afterwards.

It’s disappointing and really is dragging this story down.
Why would he want to say anything if he was receiving training from a powerful family?? But now in high school he's simply grown tired of putting up with her and rebelled, and the rich family probably won't be able to do anything to shake him... unless they do illegal things with they money, What is a possibility lmao

Yeah rereading him talking about a normal life and stuff I can see I was way too harsh with him since I’d forgotten about the first chapter of this series since this takes months to come out.

Tbh I get why he’s pissed cause for him he thought Rua was offering a chance for him to achieve his dream but just got spat on for no reason.

I still wish he directly addressed their behavior with them but tbh I now despise grandpa more for knowing all this and not disciplining Rua at all for this in any way or actually speaking to her about how others think.

He doesn’t explain why Kazu reacted the way he did at all. And Rua FAILS to communicate her needs to Kazu because she sees the world solely through her way of thinking and rather just orders Kazu to stay with her because she feels she’ll lose him if she can’t control him.

Tbh I guess my main complaint with Kazu is his switch up felt really quick like he didn’t really care about them at all or give any real thought in Rua retaliating.

Which wouldn’t make sense because if he didn’t care about them before why’d he stay. Rua already said she had no intention of letting him live a normal life without her. Like why didn’t he give this more than 2 seconds of thought?

Is he living with Rua? Then how does he avoid her? Does he live by himself? Why doesn’t Rua just ask gramps to let her go to him?

My problem I guess is the MC just doesn’t seem to care about anything concerning his relationship with Rua and her family besides Ruas abuse.

It makes things feel soooo one-dimensional and nonsensical why upon learning his life wasn’t “normal” he didn’t leave or how he’s able to leave or if he’s close to Rua’s grandpa why Rua can’t blackmail and see him personally.

It feels like hes just a power fantasy protag. combined with an angry sign that says Rua sucks. And ultimately he feels kinda lifeless in his struggles.

As for Rua I honestly wish someone would slap sense to her in this whole series. No one has told her what she is doing wrong.

MC always spits vague philosophical bs to her instead of spelling things out.

Like he treats her like the devil without ever asking why she acts the way she does or why he feels the way he does.

It just feels like she isn’t even given the opportunity to change and is just labelled a horrible person due to her upbringing.

TLDR: I was wrong about Kazu in the sense that his anger kinda makes sense however he still feels like a very messy cardboard cutout

Also Im taking this slop way too seriously…
Why should he have to explain himself to her? He hates her. There's no reason for him to explain himself; he just wants to stay away from her.

Its been a while, but he nevers tells her he’s uncomfortable with her actions. He just takes it like a passive idiot.

Rua herself is also very much characterized as completely oblivious to her actions impact on him.

And on top of that he’s a masochist for staying as long as he did because,

A. He clearly despises Rua and everything related to her

B. Her Grandfather clearly doesn’t give a shit if he leaves. (He himself doesn’t even consider her grandfather intervening either or seem to particularly fear them).

And in the case he was attached to Rua in some way. Why does he go full on nuclear hatred on there relationship. He’s literally throws a hissy fit everytime Rua is even mentioned as if Rua knew how he felt. And when she asks why he left her. He acts like a tsundere brat and gives a total non reason like “I hate you!”“Stupid Pig Rua!”

And on top of that minor nitpick but he’s acting like Rua did something horrendous that he didn’t willingly consent to. He’s never been coerced into ANYTHING by her. And worst she’s done is embarrass him to put herself up. So him immaturely hurling curses at her and embarrassing her in return feels very hypocritical on his part if he hates it so much.

He’s excessively petty and while Rua isn’t much better its annoying how the narrative tries to frame the MC as some good guy superhuman who can do no wrong (literally)

If you disagree thats fine but this is my opinion on things.

Yeah, It's actually rare for someone to reply my responses in old comment.

MC wasn't a masochist; he only tolerated her because that was literally his life. From a young age, everything he did revolved around Rua's family. He admitted he didn't even know how to buy normal clothes.

He and Rei ( the small girl who's in the top 10 of Rua's hench ) are practically living robots that have been taught to suppress any individual desire.

He finally broke free after Rua mocked him for trying something he really wanted to do, and that was the last straw for him.. You talk as if all Rua did was give him nicknames or make jokes at school, when in reality his entire life was STOLEN.

Imagine having to focus your ENTIRE LIFE, from a very young age, on protecting someone who has NEVER shown gratitude and prevents you from doing ANYTHING you want to do. I bet he was even forbidden from listening music.

All he did in life was be a bodyguard for Rua and train, be a bodyguard and train, and thats it. He has no social skills or idea of what it means to be a normal student. So of course he hates her so much.

Rua never questioned anything she did, even with MCs master trying to be the voice of reason in this family. We saw that Rua only abandoned the idea of killing someone after being literally physically pressured by MC Master.... she only obeys orders by force.

The problem is that she thinks she's ALWAYS right.

I know it’s just overthinking weak writing fantasies here but it looks like literally every single person except the MC can tell that Rua likes him and they openly state it all the damn time. Those two dumbasses both clearly have the same levels of obliviousness.

I hate the fact that I’m defending her here, but that level of denseness means it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s been hammered with love/marriage confessions for years from her and chapter 1 was her being pissed that he was “cheating” by looking for somebody else.

Just put yourself in the MC's shoes; he's known her since childhood, and all this time the only thing he's ever done is be her bodyguard. She's never treated him like a brother, much less a potential future companion.

It's easy to say she likes him because we, the readers, see all the scenes, including her thoughts. Her family knows cause she speaks openly to them, but all her actions say otherwise. the MC think that for her he is only a merely object or slave, who " by right " belongs to her. See how she treats Rei, as if she were a dog that must obey her in every command.

Even if she openly said "I love you" to him, it would all sound about the same as "I love my gun " or " i love my car ", it will only sound possessive, cause that's how she treated him.

I think that will happen in the future, with her declaring her feelings for him, but learning that words mean nothing if actions don't match.
