You know, in hindsight after re-reading the past couple chapters, the two Miyato's meeting felt extremely artificial & only a means so the mangaka could draw/write some interactions they wanted to do with them later in the story before they wrapped it up (if you can even call this a wrap up lol). Something about it felt very apathetic that I couldn't put my tongue on it. I had much different impression on where the story was intending to go after Ch. 7 that Miyato's bluntness about the whole ordeal had a tad of whiplash. I suppose it all makes sense now.
