Isekai that have their whole setting strictly based on a game, especially a dating sim, have this sort of things by nature. After all, in the game it was very much needed for the players' entertainment. When it becomes a living world, it may seem odd. One of the better depictions is Mobuseka, where it's not just the details, but the whole country and world is pretty messed up when it's no longer a game. Isekai that's merely based on some fictional open world RPG/MMO have much better chances of looking more reasonable, even if they always have the game UI windows and other such game mechanics.
