I like how Grace's behavior positively affects everyone around her - even the mob ladies realized their mistakes and acknowledged Anna's talent and devotion.

New characters - Grace's brother being a scatterbrain outside of magical research and his attendant being serious and scolding him gives the vibe of boke and tsukkomi from japanese manzai.

Also, Grace/Kenzaburou immediately trying to play wingwoman/wingman and set up Anna with her brother - even Kenzaburou feels something is wrong.

Just a speculation, but I have a feeling that Grace and Anna are cousins, like Liselotte and Finne from Endo and Kobayashi Live! Adrian felt he's seen a similar magic signature recently, maybe he senses something similar from their father if they're related. Also, during the school festival, Grace's dad and Anna's mom briefly met and Leopold was clearly shocked seeing her. Add her knowledge of magic, despite supposedly being a commoner and you could think that they're siblings, Anna's mother deciding to elope with a commoner for love since it most likely wouldn't be accepted by her parents.

It's Grace's mom that is being extra mysterious here, and may have revealed herself to be Anna's mother too.

I can see this being highly possible, if I remember correctly Leopold did came from commoner family and we have no background for them so far. Anna's mother being his sister sounds very logical and kind of ironic given how the original story plotline went.

I think it was probably meant to be "Taureau" (pronounced basically toro) which means bull, since Adrian's spirit is a bull just like how Pascal's a fish.
