Having read other yuri stories that opted for the bisexual harem ending, I'm merely pointing out the very real possibility that this one will too. I've offered logical reasons that may be (and have been) used to justify such development(s). The chance of such development increases with the country of origin being one known for censorship. If the Chinese government decides it's too gay to continue, self-moderation becomes necessary to ensure continued publication. Even Hollywood does it in order to be able to sell their movies in that market.

The amount of people triggered by the very thought of such a concept existing is astounding. I personally don't care where the story goes as long as it's entertaining. But now I'm kind of hoping it will go this way just to read the meltdown in the comments for bonus entertainment.

It's not simply the possibility of the story going that way that's "triggering" people, it's your phrasing of that possibility as "turning gay girls bi" that's the main problem here. It's you talking about the insertion of men into a lesbian relationship that reeks of "gay conversion" bullshit. It's homophobic as all hell.

Also, a story pulling a character out of nowhere almost 140 chapters into the story only for him to end up becoming a romantic interest for the protagonist (who is already in a committed relationship with the secondary main character and has been for about half the series now) would be really bad narratively speaking. Even if the new character was a girl or this was a straight series it would make for a terrible story that people would be right to drop.
