MangaDex will have a similar mass DMCA striking incident was you guys saw during the summer of 2025. After that, MD will try to pivot to its Self-Published content like Dog Ningen.

Less and less quality titles and translations will be uploaded on Mangadex. Only the manga slop stories will be uploaded and read by this slop generation who only likes slop things, translated by slop MTL teams.

One of the reason is because good titles are mostly curated from the japanese market by publishers and will then be licensed and then DMCA-ed.

Truth be told, for yuri, I mostly only read "josei GL" now.

I hate that apart of the main site, since it'll show some decent stories but the scanlators take SUPER long to translate and catch up to the raws.(1) It's a pet peeve that's inevitable to happen unless you're using MTL like the bitch you are.(2)
