Lilly's plan is to make kitami who hates aliens hate soyo because she hated aliens? And the whole part with the concert was retarded too. I mean Lilly literally sent kitami out to kill aliens because they fell for the idol's act. Not to mention she probably has more fans who didn't attend the concert. Where do you get that? He's just ruining Kitamis memories of her being perfect and kind. He doesnt have a grand scheme, he just wants Kitami to suffer because he hates him, similar to kitami killing aliens because he hates them.

So, assuming Lilly, being racist to human, hates human as much as Seiran does, he was yet to enact any hate-killings toward humankind. Even after Lally's death, he didn't do any killing because humankind sucks. Soyo, at the other hand, has been hating alien race and enacting slander on Lally, as Seiran does by killing bunch of aliens just to find out who killed Soyo after he saw Nomamoto. Killing aliens blindly because he hates them.

If I stretch it out, she hates how alien could have their way and be happy, while she herself couldn't have a happy moment with Seiran, because Seiran was too focused on his own world.

Also, Soyo's friend, who hated alien too and conspired in bullying Lally, and after that she turned 180 degree and lives off of the aliens' money as underground idol, and then she turns 180 degree once more because she's had "power" a.k.a popularity, assuming she doesn't need to be/can't be alien's idol anymore.
