Just with Aika's reaction, context clues make me think it's the 'romantically interested' kind.

Now, based on what we saw, it seems that Nono saw through Aika's tsundere. Even though Aika was bad mouthing Riko, Aika was kind and attentive to Riko. Words and actions didn't match and Nono saw through that. What drived the point across is how Aika looked like a maiden when she said that Riko also had good points.
Aika likes Riko, that is why she got jealous when Nono and Sora were hyping her up. I am not sure if that was directed at just her friends or also at Yuuka for taking Riko away.
In the raws Nono says Riko chan no koto suki nano? It is ambiguous.
Hopefully we will see where this goes in the next chapter.
Also, I am sure Yuuka likes Riko, as she started feeling up Riko's face out of the blue. Riko wasn't having it. Friendzoned.
Yuuka has no chance.

Of course there's the tsundere act, but the important part is the "She's my friend, not yours..." when she's with her friends, which means she clearly values Riko higher than her same-age friends. Aika loves her older sister (probably admiration besides being good sisters), but she clearly wants Riko for herself. Aika started deterring her from being around but in time she became comfortable around her, and even if she considers herself to be superior than Riko she really cares for her. For now on, love can only keep growing!

It’s just “suki” not “daisuki”, but even in English if I said “so you like her” not “so you love her” to someone in English there’s levels of meaning you can interpret.
