True story! I saw Jurassic Park in theaters when I was too young for that kind of thrills—scared the tar out of me. After a few weeks I was mostly fine. But even into my twenties, I'd have panic attacks or dinosaur-related nightmares.

Not exactly a haunting, but the nearest anxiety disorder equivalent.
