Why is he rocking high heels on the cover? Dudes slaying in more than one way.
Historically, heeled boots were worn by men of status - they originated in Persia around the 10th century or so for better stability while on horseback, and when Persia brought them to Europe in the 17th century, they were first adopted by men as a show of social/economic status, because of this association with horseriding (and you had to be wealthy to own your own horses for the pure purpose of something so leisure-based). Women of status adopted them afterward around the mid/late-17th century, and it goes on from there.

Not saying that has any bearing here with what this character or the intent of the artist, but.

Maybe he's gonna be riding ....horses at some point, or something.

I actually like the princess the most thus far. Mostly because she seems decisive and not dumb, even if "fight or be executed" seems extreme from someone not in her circumstances (under implied threat of annihilation of a supreme malevolent force).

MC did spend three days in the, as he referenced it, "lap of luxury" and is now acting like he's completely innocent in not immediately coming clean to the princess.
He definitely has more than two options (like "simply leave", for one thing), but all it would take is a Royal Decree with his likeness sent out throughout the kingdom and he'd have a hard time evading everyone after him.
Mostly because he doesn't know the first thing about this world (since there's zero indication he set foot out of the palace in those three days), and that's supremely dangerous even for someone prepared, and not some veritable kid with nothing but a sword and his apparent inability to access his circumstances (thought it was some weird LARPing prank for far too long, even in the face of literal teleportation).
But also, just because his sword can cut rifts in space and send him elsewhere, we've seen twice that he can't control it. What's to stop him being dumped in an ocean, or from up in the sky, or into a nest of monsters? He'd have to learn to control it 'on the fly' whilst fleeing everyone after him, so.
You (and me) just like her because she is smoking hot! Be it an ugly b*tch we all would be ranting about how he should just k*ll them all starting from here and how much of a witch she is acting like :pacman:

You're assuming quite a bit about me.

I like the princess because she doesn't fit the usual motifs we see for characters in her position in Isekai titles - she's not a blank pretty face who's meant to fall hopelessly in love with the cheat-powered MC, bereft of any personality or narrative three-dimensional quality; and she's not a token passive moment of fan service that fills no other role within the story.

She's antagonistic toward a person who has lied to all of the leaders of her home, after they had all worked to bring him to their world to save them from an impending calamity.

And yes - the premise is already absurd; this is an isekai story depicting a character who wasted his life staying indoors, neglecting his physical self, and spent all his time playing games and fantasizing about "wouldn't it be cool if I could be the hero of my own story".
He's been given exactly what he wanted, and now he wants to run away. Sure, he didn't opt in. But he could have spoken up immediately; instead, he spent three days eating their food and taking advantage of their hospitality, intending to simply hide his secret before fleeing off into a place he knows nothing about.
From her position - what she's doing makes sense, in the context of this person being their presumed savior, only to discover he'd hidden the truth from them all, and planned to abandon them. They exist in a medieval-styled world where there are literal monsters that spell the doom of humanity; capital punishment for someone who would betray the Crown, and humans at large, isn't an outlandish concept.
And, she's taking charge and telling him herself. She didn't run to her father, she's proactively forcing the MC to follow the story and fake being the hero, and even taking it upon herself to see him trained and prepared for the task, and joining him on the journey. That amount of agency isn't all that common among these sorts of titles, for her role specifically, and that struck me from the outset here.

Beyond that - we're given in the 'teaser synopsis' that each member of this party will not be as they seem. So a princess who is not a passive pushover pretty face, who is powerful and also willful in her own right, is novel enough within this trope-addled genre that I find myself giving her the time of day simply to see what becomes of her character.

Her being "smoking hot" doesn't factor into it, for me.

"That time I read a manga with an incredibly long title and accidentally fell into a world where the longer your title the stronger you are so now I have keep my real title hidden from my increasingly long titled harem members while secretly acquiring more and more titles in order to become the strongest title master in the history of title masters all so I can finally go home and live a slow life reading manga with incredibly long titles - Part 1: What? I've become a title master? What is even a title master? I just want to go home and read manga!"
I mean, keep cooking. I want to know more about what a title master entails and whomst is the character that bestows this information upon him?

I was joking around. I don't even know you. The thing is this isn't too serious of a matter but you have to admit people forgive hot female characters more often than not.

She's got a rockin' bod and an outfit that shows it off. I'd be too distracted watching her move around. That face, though... There's been a trend the last couple decades or so of sticking all-ages type heads on 18+ bodies, not digging it.
I read the whole WN and searched for the LN (both which are only in japanese) after reading these 3 chapters and let me tell you some spoiler that has to do with your comment: (well I said whole but it's not complete, he abandoned the wn after volume 2 in 2024, coincidentally releasing vol 1 in LN format that year and vol 2 LN in 2025)

to the point there will be a whole plot by the demon king himself, something so elaborate involving manipulating a whole kingdom from the shadows, possessing a neighbor country prince and mind control her, to marry Erica, the princess, just because he is lusting for her body. (When he could simply kidnap her, if this were not a comedy).

So yes indeed, author gooning so hard for his heroine, that he will spend 2 whole volumes just for that purpose.

Don't take me wrong tho, it would be fun to watch but just proves how right you were lol (and about her face, she's very young so it makes sense that looks innocent in contrast to her hot body).
