Calling Hanabi an "all-around bitch" is far too light of a description for what she did. She mentally and emotionally abused the male character for years, like literally 10 years. Remember how this story starts? She summons him to her, forces him to rush over in the rain, emotionally bullies and guilt trips him, then makes a bet with her friends about how long he'll wait in the rain for her. Then laughs about it in front of him.

Does she deserve to be gang raped? Honestly, I don't know. But don't make light of what she did. Flip it around to a man who emotionally and mentally abuses and manipulates a female for 10 years. What would you want to happen to the man?

Hoping for a very swift conclusion to this Hanabi redemption arc.
I can kind of get the whole 'there's always someone worse' angle the author might be going for here, but when you start with Hanabi-bad it's kind of difficult to then suggest sympathising for her when she's now the victim of targetted harassment.
