How, Mitsuki… how is your arm still alive if Aya use it as her pillow might after night…

It’s cute and all, but doing it irl never works for me… if you don’t feel it in half an hour or so… yeah, you’d probably not feel it in the morning… the whole arm, I mean. Or literally ‘dead’ limb in the morning is not something that never happened…

I want to revel in the cuteness, but I can't let it slide that Aya is claiming to have "cut back on caffeine" (which would very much likely assist in helping sleep), but at the same time is drinking black tea which is very much caffeinated...
Probably that’s exactly what author is getting at? Aya’s speculations are all bogus that looks like it might be related, but not really and the true reason behind it all was Mitsuki. :smugchisato:

I can't speak to the relation between drinking and sleep, and I'm on the far opposite side of being a "scented things" kind of guy, but I can understand it potentially being relaxing to others. But there is science backing up both how caffeine intake and screen light exposure can have effects on one's sleep.

So yes, while in the end I'm fine with it being attributed to Mitsuki, at least two of the four changes she lists would indeed have an positive effect on her sleep. I know she's not claiming to have cut caffeine out entirely, but it's strange to highlight how she's decreasing intake by highlighting a known caffeinated beverage.

This was a heartwarming chapter. The panel where they are sleeping was amazing and the artwork was awesome, Thanks for the chapter and translation

Well, yes, I did gloss over those just to push the narrative, but if we’re getting down to the details, lavender scent and phone light does affect sleep (though she mentioned she was sleepy enough she wants to go straight to bed and not want to scroll through phone, so maybe only lavender is doing the lifting here).

As for alcohol, the effect is kinda pulling you in two different directions. On one hand, it can induce drowsiness, but on the other, it can disrupt sleep quality. So yeah, that narrative kinda breaks :pacman:
