I actually just realized this. I was looking for it yesterday and somehow I haven't seen this thread so I didn't know if it was gone.

According to their official Reddit, it's not. Just some server problems or something.
If true, they probably left that 404 text there by default just in case they were actually taken own.
If not, well, how many times does this have to happen before some of you start downloading your favorite anime 😅
Bato.to still died when apparently their web dev was away on vacation so he can't fix the problems on the site. Well damn, the whole site went on permanent vacation afterwards.

Don't forget anything can happen to MangaDex too and other sites. Learn to torrent (or use HakuNeko to download from MangaDex) if you guys haven't already.
